TYPICAL COSTS AND FEES

At United Surrogacy, we know how complicated and overwhelming this process can seem at times.  Our goal is to try and make this as seamless and positive for you as possible.  Please read through our fees below along with typical costs associated with surrogacy.

TRADITIONAL AGENCY FEE PACKAGE

Agency Fee: $13,500

This covers all services listed in the "what we offer" section such as matching, assisting with finding legal representation, assisting the surrogate with appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, pre or post birth order arrangements, and open lines of communication with all parties throughout the journey.  In addition, this fee will cover the review or procurement of a health insurance policy and the initial psychological assessment during screening.

MULTIPLE MATCH AGENCY FEE PACKAGE

Agency Fee: $21,000

For our intended parents that would prefer a bit more peace of mind, we have the multiple match program. This option will allow up to two rematches if needed during your journey pre or post transfer.

This fee includes all the same services as our traditional agency fee package while giving some reassurance if events occur outside of your control. Please inquire for additional information and if this package may be the right choice for your journey.

United Surrogacy also offers agency fee packages for those who have one embryo remaining and will not be creating more.  Please inquire for pricing and further information on this package if it pertains to your situation.

For International IPs, an additional charge of $3,000 is added to the above costs for assistance after hours care, travel and housing arrangements, and setting up parentage assistance back home if needed.

OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH GESTATIONAL SURROGACY

In addition to the agency fee, other costs associated with your surrogacy will include surrogate compensation, surrogate fees (potential lost wages, childcare, medical expenses, etc), legal representation, cost of medical and psychological screening, travel expenses, insurance premiums for surrogate if a policy needs to be purchased, OB and L&D charges for the surrogate, hospital charges for your child, and creating your embryos if needed along with transfer costs for the surrogate.  For a breakdown range of what these costs can look like, please contact us for an Intended Parent Cost Worksheet.
